My birthday is coming up and I am moved by the situation of persons around the world who are fighting to survive. People who will get absolutely nothing for *their* birthday.

I came myself seeking asylum to Sweden in 1970 and work today with young Afghans and Syrians which makes me particularly sensitive to the sufferings of the refugees.
