I have spent the past week reflecting on my privilege and luck of being born in Sweden as the heartbreaking videos and images from Ukraine emerged and keeps on emerging.
My feed is also getting filled with folks in the wellness world using a lot of bypassing and outright shitty language about what is currently happening.
And I wanted to make it clear where Rooted In Love stands, where I stand.

Rooted in love doesn’t mean love and light.
Rooted in love means taking action for the things we love.
Sometimes that mean taking sides.
Seeing the duality in non-duality.
